Returns Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page).
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method.
  • 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise, we recommend using a carrier that gives you a tracking number.

If you do not receive the product (a total of 21 days) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment of the correct item at no charge. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense, there will be a restocking fee, and the item must not be used or washed.


We are more than happy to exchange your product for a similar item, for example, a different size in clothing, etc. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or return a damaged or defective item, please send us an email at to get our return shipping address.
