Ed, Edd n Eddy follows the comedic misadventures of three pre-teen boys—the dim-witted Ed, the polite genius Double D, and the greedy mastermind Eddy—who scheme to hustle the neighborhood kids out of pocket change to buy giant jawbreakers. Living in a suburban cul-de-sac completely devoid of visible adults, the trio constantly invents elaborate, flawed scams that inevitably collapse into spectacular, painful failures. While dealing with a diverse cast of local kids and their frequent nemeses, the predatory Kanker sisters, the series thrives on its slapstick humor, unique jittery art style, and the boys' enduring friendship, culminating in the 2009 TV movie Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show where they finally earn the neighborhood's acceptance.
